DONATION OF WASTE SKIP AND HANDOVER OF COLLECTION POINT

You just cannot have enough of Takoradi -Anaji Can you? When you think two projects are enough for a day, they throw in a third. It seems the 13th of August 2023 brought great gifts of donations by the  Rotary Club of Takoradi-Anaji.

After the club’s dotation of Solar street lights and Tree planting project at Assakae-Whindo Methodist Primary and Junior High School, the club closed its day by making a donation of a waste skip and handing over of collection point to the Poasi Upper New Takoradi community in the Sekondi-Takoradi Metropolitan Assembly area.

The Rotary Club of Takoradi-Anaji is two years after its formation. However, its passion for service projects sets the tone for others to emulate.  Undoubtedly they have their communities at heart and seem to be doing the right things.

Rotarian President Edwin Kofi Amanor is poised to see his club complete its planned projects and strive to do more where possible. He has led his team to plan these projects and build networks to ensure their execution and on time. He has no doubts that the Board and members are ready and willing to dedicate their time and resources to achieve the intended planned projects.

The chief and people of the Poasi Upper New Takoradi community, hosted the District Governor of District 9104 Rotarian David Osei Amankwah Jnr, AG Michael Frimpong, PAG Emmanuel Quarshie and PP, Kwame         Baah-Acheamfuor in his community. The Board and members of the Club were present to mark the occasion.

The chief and his people expect more upon expressing gratitude for the donation of the waste skip and collection point by the Rotary Club of Takoradi-Anaji.
