STEP UP FOR A CAUSE: ROTARY DISTRICT 9104 PRESENTS “WALK WITH ROTARY”

Lace up your walking shoes and get ready to make a difference! Rotary District 9104 is officially inviting you to join the “WALK WITH ROTARY” event. This isn’t just a morning stroll; it’s a powerful movement to raise awareness and funds for the global fight to End Polio Now.

Every step taken helps get us closer to a polio-free world. Whether you’re a seasoned Rotarian or a community member looking to give back, your presence counts.

Mark your calendars and set your alarms—we’re starting early to beat the heat!

• Date: Saturday, 21st February 2026

• Time: 6:00 AM sharp

• Attire: Your bright Red “END POLIO NOW” T-shirt

The walk kicks off at the Morning Star School in Cantonments and takes a scenic loop through the heart of the area:

1. Flag-off: Morning Star School → Danquah Circle.

2. The Loop: Around the circle towards La Veterinary, followed by a U-turn back toward Danquah Circle.

3. The Turn: A right at Labone Junction, then a left through the Hinlone Restaurant path.

4. The Finish Line: Ending at the Civil Service Training Center (near the starting point).

Polio remains a threat until it is gone for good. By participating, you are supporting Rotary International’s long-standing mission to immunize every child and eradicate this disease once and for all. It’s a morning of fitness, fellowship, and fundraising that changes lives.
