MAKE PEACE WITH AN ESSAY
The Rotary Club of Istanbul has launched an Essay Competition aimed at fostering thoughtful discourse and critical thinking among young people by encouraging them to share ideas, perspectives and solutions related to international peace.
In a maximum of 400 words participants are encouraged to express their thoughts and insights on PROMOTING PEACE IN AN INTERCONNECTED WORLD.
Rotary Club of Istanbul has reached out to all RI District Governors and District Interact Chairs to invite young persons aged between 16 and 18 to participate in the competition.

Announcement of Winners: 20th December 2024
AWARDS
First Prize – US$ 3,000
Second Prize – US$ 2,000
Third Prize – US$ 1,000
The winners will be invited to Istanbul for the award ceremony on February 23, 2025 at the Presidential Peace Conference 2025 in Istanbul. Flight tickets and accommodation for the winners will be provided by RC Istanbul.
