BLISS NIGHT 2025: IGNITING HOPE THROUGH SERVICE
The Interact Club of Sonrise Christian High School made history on June 15, 2025, with its inaugural fundraising gala, Bliss Night. Under the theme “Igniting Hope through Service,” the event raised an impressive GHS 51,000 to support the establishment of an E-Health Clinic for the Pediatric Unit of the Ho Teaching Hospital.
This remarkable event brought together the Rotary family, including the Rotary Clubs of Ho and Akosombo, Rotaract Clubs of Ho and UHAS, and the Interact Club of Krobo Girls’ SHS. A unique rotary mentorship session allowed Rotarians and Rotaractors to share valuable insights with young leaders, setting a reflective tone for the evening.
The highlight of the night was an auction of original paintings created by a Sonrise student, which captivated the audience and significantly boosted fundraising efforts. Additional funds were generously donated by partnering clubs and individual supporters.
The funds will support the E-Health unit by procuring essential equipment and furniture, as well as assisting pediatric patients in need. Bliss Night 2025 showcased the strength of Rotary collaboration and the impact of Interactors in District 9104.
